Syringa (lilac) pendant.
The lilac first buds in spring — a time in which nature marks the refresh of light, energy and vibrancy into our lives again after a long hibernation period.
This pendant is the initial bud of the lilac flower. Along the path that leads to the workshop in my garden lies a lilac bush. I noticed the beautiful form the budding of the lilac takes just before it blooms in springtime, and it inspired me to create this collection and to commemorate this beautiful moment of resurgence and revitalisation.
